Graduated in 2008 in Portugal, André took his first steps in Private Dentistry in his family’s Medical Centre. Having worked there until the spring of 2009, André then decided that it was time to expand his horizons in the UK with his mind set on achieving an MSc (Master of Science) in Implant Dentistry.
André moved to Devon in 2009 and enrolled at Warwick University in 2010 on the MSc in Implant Dentistry. In October 2013, André was thrilled to be offered the role of Clinical Director at Inspired Dental Care.
André has anassiduous presence at CPD & Training courses since day one. Before enrolling in the MSc in Implant Dentistry, André attended two one-year foundation course in Dental Implantology at ITI Centre and GIFT. Alongside his Msc programme, André is also currently attending a one-year course in Advanced cosmetic & aesthetic dentistry in London. Having completed a one-year training in adult orthodontics (2013-2014) he also has also a special interest in Orthodontics. André, has also completed training in advanced Periodontic techniques in Switzerland and is fully trained to deliver facial aesthetics treatments such as dermal fillers and botullinum toxin since 2010.
In 2012, André was invited to join the committee of the Devon Independent Practitioners’ Group (DIPG) on a permanent basis where he has the current role of managing new members and the website.
